Sri Sai Prana Yoga is open and suitable for everyone. It does not require any previous knowledge and can be practiced by anyone regardless of age, physical condition and level of training.

A hatha yoga, which is particularly characterized by the emphasis on breathing. You move in the flow with your breath, hold the exercises, bend or stretch and use individual muscle groups in certain breathing phases.
